I've had a superb experience with Mr Hannan. When I first saw him I'd been having problems with my ears and nose that were causing significant discomfort and were impacting my ability to concentrate at work. He was hugely reassuring; making me feel at ease while he undertook his diagnosis and giving me comfort that my symptoms could be resolved. I appreciated the way Mr Hannan took time to explain what he was doing, what he had observed, and what he thought the solution would be. He also gave me plenty of time to ask questions, and make sure I understood the diagnosis and treatment.
When I returned for a follow-up, my symptoms had significantly improved but had not completely abated. I once again felt very reassured by Mr Hannan, and he was able to give me a repeat prescription to help me manage any ongoing symptoms.

I was pleased and satisfied with the care I received from Mr Alam Hannan in the last 18 months, both for surgery and in aftercare. Mr Hannan is a good communicator, an attentive listener, expert in his field, open to complementary suggestions, empathic, and his presence inspires. I felt safe going into surgery under his hands.

Mr Hanan has now treated my son and I for various sinus issues. He is very personable and has a welcoming demeanour. I placed complete trust and confidence in his skills and experience and I would definitely recommend him to other patients.

Dr hannah was great he made my daughter feel that all the information she was given helped he made her feel assured and all questions were answered he was really interested in her operation and the outcome as mum the only thing I feel is that I should have been shown how to re-bandage the wound because it's a bit scary when the bandage comes off and your not quite sure what to do when shown it is quite easy my daughter is over the moon with the outcome thankyou

Overall my experience with Dr Hannan was outstanding. After a previous poor experience with another Dr it was just so refreshing to receive such a first class service.
